Mariah Ajiboye is a senior at Classical High School and is currently co-chair of the board of directors at Young Voices. Mariah is passionate about Ethnic Studies in schools, equitable education for all, and multilingual learners. She has led youth initiatives and advocated at the State House to ensure all youth get a rich education, that Providence Schools educate on the real histories of her peers, and that teachers and staff are properly trained on supporting multilingual learners. Aspiring to be an international lawyer, she is very interested in continuing her advocacy journey throughout her life.
