The purpose of this program is to support the research of junior faculty and to promote multidisciplinary collaborations and approaches that promote equity in child health. Funding may be used to support pilot programs centered around community-based interventions, service delivery system redesign, or impact of alternative policies at the local or state level. Applicants must clearly explain how the proposed project addresses child health disparities. Faculty from all disciplines are encouraged to apply and early career faculty applications which clearly define a mentorship plan will be prioritized.
