Post-Doctoral Fellowships

Prepares post-residency physicians and postdoctoral behavioral scientists to conduct independent research in the area of child health disparities.

The primary goal of the fellowship is to develop both the knowledge base and the skills to begin an independent research career within the chosen area of emphasis. The fellowship includes didactic work focused on grant writing and child health disparities methods, research techniques and frameworks and will be tailored based on the specific candidate’s interest. Candidates will be expected to submit a research and training plan that is developed in coordination with their research mentor. Evaluation of progress will also be assessed.
